Administrative Applications Development

The Applications area of ADS supports, modifies, and enhances the legacy systems. Modifications and enhancements requiring 200 hours or less of work effort are categorized as Minor Work requests and performed on a fee basis. Work efforts requiring more than 200 hours generally go through the Senior Cabinet project proposal process. For Minor Work requests customers provide to ADS a description of the work and critical due dates, if applicable. ADS computes a fixed price for the work which is presented to the customer for approval. The cost of preparing the fixed price contract is borne by ADS (4 - 8 hours are spent on the estimate). Customers are billed the quoted fixed price upon completion of the work which includes customer acceptance of the results . Some tasks requiring more than 200 hours of work may also be addressed through the Minor Work request process.
