A note about what's available: The talks are usually written as a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation. The files are then transformed into Portable Document Format (PDF) using the Adobe Acrobat Writer inside Microsoft Power Point. Adobe Acrobat Writer installs an icon in Microsoft PowerPoint Toolbar and clicking on the icon is all it takes to convert a Microsoft PowerPoint Presentation to a PDF file. To get the HTML files the "save as webpage" option is selected from the file menu and in the following dialog box the "publish" option is chosen.
