Installing the S-PLUS SpatialStats 1.5 Module

 

 

STEP 1:  Before installing SpatialStats, S-PLUS must be installed and the serial number must be obtained from the ITC Licensing Database.

 

STEP 2:  Insert the CD.  When the dialog appears, click on Next.

 

STEP 3:  Enter the Serial Number obtained from the ITC Licensing Database

 

 

 STEP 4:    Click on Next.

 

 

STEP 5:  The default Typical Setup is recommended.  Click on Next to continue.

 

 

STEP 6:  Click on Next to continue.

 

 

It may take a few minutes to install the product.

 

STEP 7:  Click Finish.

 

 

 

To use the SpatialStats module:

 

  1. Start S-PLUS and load the module.  From the menu, choose load module, highlight spatial and click on OK.

 

  

 

 

Now Spatial will be available as a drop-down menu selector in the main S-PLUS menu.

 

 

Help on the SpatialStats module can now be accessed from the Help menu.
