Special Brownbags for Research Computing Task Force

The Office of Information Technologies and the Office of the Provost for Research and Public Service are co-sponsoring a campus wide review of institutional support for research throughout information technology. The Research Computing and Information Technology Task Force is charged with illuminating the gaps and needs for additional support and formulating specific short and long term recommendations on enhancements and new resources.

As one means of soliciting input, the task force is hosting two informal lunch forums. While each forum will focus on a set of disciplines, all faculty and graduate students are welcome to participate. The dates and times are:

The task forces home page can be found at: http://www.itc.virginia.edu/rctf/
