ITC Announcement/ Retirement of Mac OS 8.6 Software from ITC's Software Central

Effective August 1, 2004

The software downloads available from ITC's Software Central (http://www.itc.virginia.edu/central) for Macintosh systems running OS 8.6 will be removed from Software Central on August 1, 2004. ITC is no longer providing user support and testing versions of new software on these older platforms.

ITC Software Central provides members of the University of Virginia community site-licensed software. Software for Windows 98, ME, 2000, and XP and Macintosh OS 9.x and OS X will still be available for downloading.
