Overview
MyGroups allows you to create one or more groups—with the online MyGroups Managment Service—for use with many of the online applications and services at UVa. It's a service intended to minimize the need to create and maintain personal groups for each and every individual application across Grounds. You can currently use MyGroups to manage groups for:
- email lists
- website access
- file permissions
NOTE: The MyGroups Management Service is limited to UVa students and employees. With proper authorization, university software developers may create and access MyGroups using the private LDAP database. See the Developer Info page for more information.
