Micro Systems Group

Mission 

The Micro Systems Group is responsible for providing support and expertise related to Microsoft-based servers, and desktop operating systems. Micro Systems staff operates and maintains ITC's Windows 2003 Active Directory, servers and print queues, as well as the backup systems for internal and client resources. Micro Systems also provides a variety of Windows-based services to the University community through its Premium Server and Desktop services, Web service,Windows Streaming Media, Departmental Server Administration Agreements, and for-fee consultations.
