The Select contract works differently than buying a retail version of software. You buy the different parts of the software (the license, the disks to install from, the manuals, the software upgrade insurance) separately. The only part you HAVE to buy is the license - you can use CDs or DVDs from other Select purchases, or download it free from the ITC Select CD Server.
Download CD/DVD Images from the ITC Select CD Server
ITC maintains a file server with images of all the software on the UVa Select contract. Downloads from this server are free to UVa users BUT YOU MUST STILL BUY A LICENSE. For an account or more information on this method of obtaining the software to install from, send e-mail to the UVa License Administrator, Tony Townsend, tony@virginia.edu.
