Exchange At-A-Glance
With Exchange, you can:
- Send, receive, and store email messages.
- Maintain a personal calendar of appointments, events, and meetings.
- Schedule meetings and check who will be attending.
- Create a contact, note or appointment directly from an email.
- Get a reminder before a meeting.
- Store, organize, and share names, addresses and other information about your business and personal contacts.
- Filter junk email and systemize email messages you wish to keep.
Connect to Exchange
On Your Own Computer
Connect to Exchange through Microsoft Office using:
- Outlook 2007 (Vista) or Outlook 2007 (XP)
- Outlook 2003
- Entourage 2004
- Or, use another email program via IMAP
From Any Computer
With an Internet connection and a Web browser (such as Internet Explorer), you can read your Exchange mail and manage your calendar from anywhere:
