Support of users of the Integrated System is shared by the Integrated System Customer Support Center and the ITC Help Desk. The ITC Help desk handles requests for information regarding the installation and startup of the various applications. The Integrated System Customer Support Center provides functional support for the individual tasks within the Oracle System, including use of Discoverer. Contact either help desk by telephone:
