Attachments

Reading attachments

  1. A message that has one or more attachments will appear in your Inbox in the Items page with a binder icon binder icon to the left of the message's information.
  2. In Mulberry, view the message by clicking the message in the mailbox in the Items pane.
  3. If needed, click the arrow next to Parts in the Preview Pane so that it points down.
  4. Double-click the attachment.

Saving attachments

  1. A message that has one or more attachments will appear in your Inbox in the Items page with a binder icon binder icon to the left of the message's information.
  2. In Mulberry, view the message by clicking the message in the mailbox in the Items pane.
  3. If needed, click the arrow next to Parts in the Preview Pane so that it points down.
    • Macintosh:
      • Click on the attachment.
      • While pressing the Command key (Macintosh Command Key image), press the semi-colon (;) key.
      • Select Extract Parts.
      • Choose where you want to save the attachment.
      • Provide a filename for the attachment.
      • Click the Save button.
    • Windows:
      • Click on the attachment.
      • Right click.
      • Select Extract Parts.
      • Choose where you want to save the message.
      • Provide a filename for the message.
      • Click the Save button.
      • Click the Cancel button.

Sending attachments

Tip: Move between fields using the Tab key.

  1. In Mulberry, click the Draft button.
  2. In To: field, type the email address(es) to receive the message.
  3. To include an email address in the Cc (carbon copy) or Bcc (blind carbon copy) fields:
    • Click Add Cc: and/or Add Bcc: button(s).
    • Type the email address(es) into these fields.
    • Move between fields using the Tab key.
  4. In the Subject: field, type the subject of your message.
  5. Type the text of your message.
  6. Click the Attach button.
  7. Find the file you want to attach.
  8. Click the Open button.
  9. Click the Send button.
