Re-setting your Central Mail Service (CMS) Forward

If you have forwarded your Central Mail Service (CMS) account to another account, either here at U.Va. or elsewhere, and wish to receive email on CMS again, you can do this by:

  • Visting the web site at:

    http://config.mail.virginia.edu
  • Logging in with your U.Va Computing ID (example: mst3k ) and CMS password

  • Selecting the option that says:

    Mail Forwarding
  • Click the circle next to the line that says:

    Receive mail on the CMS

    and then click on the:

    Submit Choice
    button.

After you have made the above change, incoming messages to your CMS account will be delivered to that mailbox.
