This page is replicated with permission from the Dell Premier Support website. It provides easy access to a network driver update that is required for the loading of ISP VPN software onto some early models of Dell DCI computers.
The driver set may be downloaded from this page, and should be installed BEFORE attempting the installation of ISP software on the Dell GX1 (the "high performance" offering for Fall 1999).
If you have already installed the VPN software and encountered the "Blue Screen" with VxD errors, you must boot your machine in safe mode, uninstall the VPN software, update the NIC driver using this update, and then reinstall the VPN software.
