TechNet
for LSAs
Presenter:
Doug Loyd, ITC-Departmental
Computing Support
Many
technical resources are available through Departmental Computing
Support's TechNet server. Only those with accounts will have access
to these resources and LSAs must attend this session to get an
account. As an LSA you will have access to FAQs, troubleshooting
information, and updated technical information in a more easily
searchable format than the Web provides. Doug Loyd, Departmental
Computing's Technical Resource Coordinator will introduce you to
this valuable resource
