        • Notified 29 accounts
        • Audit results: Core responsibilities for 21 accounts were deactivated
        • Next audit: July 2006
      2. Data access streamlining initiative
        • Suspended until Summer 2006
        • Removal of DSC ability to reset passwords
      3. New security features with 11.5.10 (11.i.10)
        • "Forgot Your Password" feature Rollout delayed

      1. VPN required as of March 14, 2006
      2. Re-certification in progress with completion scheduled for late May 2006
      3. Reminder: submit requests via Online Security System to remove access for terminated employees and for employees who transfer within the University
    5. Security Awareness Certification
      1. Phase II completed
        • 99% compliance by deadline; 100% compliance 10 days after deadline
      2. Phase III in progress
        • Commenced March 28; target date May 31
        • All employees with computing IDs, including student employees
