READSEQ - a sequence file format conversion utility

READSEQ is a simple program that converts a number of sequence file formats. It is available for download to run on your personal computer. READSEQ is also available on watson.achs.virginia.edu from the >GCG> shell prompt (just start gcg and type "readseq" at the >GCG> prompt)

The Readme file for the Readseq program describes the basic operations of the program.

READSEQ is also available at several sites as a web application:
