Massmail Distribution Request Form

Please use the form below to make your massmail request.

Complete all fields and then click the Submit button at the bottom of the form.

Incomplete requests cannot be processed and will delay the distribution of your message.

After your form has been submitted, we will schedule the delivery of your message. We try to accomplish its delivery as soon as possible given other pending massmail requests, the priority of other work and the functioning of the network and email servers. If there is a network and/or an email server problem, or if there are other approved massmail requests scheduled before your request arrives, it may take more than the typical time for the distribution type you select to begin delivery of your message.
