Phased invitations have already been sent to the first group of students for the transition to UVa student email partners Google and Microsoft; the next round of invitations to go out soon. Read the news story.
New Switchboard Functionality for UVa Email Accounts
www.mail.virginia.edu is now a switchboard if you have more than one UVa email account, so you can use it to log into your UVa Google, UVa Microsoft, or UVa Central Mail Service (CMS) accounts. (If have just one UVa email account, though, it will still take you straight to log into that account.)
